Particularly, we offer both standard pallets that fully correspond to the state standards, and also individually designed pallets meeting specific requirements. In addition, we provide full range of services associated with repair of used pallets, storage of excessive volume of unused pallets, or recovery of the carrying capacity of pallets. We are happy to provide customer references upon request. PRODUCTION OF WOODEN PALLETS Palletkraft is the leading producer and supplier of high quality wooden pallets in the northwest Russia. Both the wooden pallets and the production process meet all applicable Russian and international standards. A multilevel quality control system operates at all stages of production process – starting from the timber delivery to the warehouse and ending with quality control of ready-to-ship pallets. The quality control system is supported with the state-of-art production equipment and modern process control technologies ensuring convenient, long-term and safe operation of our products. All production and shipment procedures conform with ISPM 15 standard.. The production capacity of Palletkraft is more than 100 000 new pallets per month. With modern production equipment, direct supply contracts with leading timber suppliers and Oracles process operation system we are flexible to various order volumes, including pallets with non-standard dimensions, and can ship large volumes in the recordly short time. Most of the standard-sized pallets are produced and kept in stock continuously ensuring fast lead time (normally 30% of the monthly consumption).
